Thickness & Backing Selection 1.0-3.0mm

For aviation and rail seating, 1.0-1.2mm with fire-retardant fiberglass backing provides optimal weight-to-performance ratio. For public transport and hospital wall panels, 1.5-2.0mm with fire-rated foam backing enhances both thermal insulation and acoustic absorption. For architectural applications, 2.0-3.0mm rigid substrate versions are available for direct mechanical fixing to wall systems. All thicknesses maintain Class 4 fire performance.
